We were contracted by our client; Hill residential ltd  to complete Electrical maintenance and Associated Services, Including a fully functional Installation covering the Small Power, Lighting, Ancillary Services, for this domestic property.

Clipsal Cbus Scene Set Control System, switching the Interior Lighting Systems, supply and installation of Light Fitments and exterior landscape lighting, Blinds, DMK RGB LED strips with fibre star lighting.Mains Distribution System covering the complete Building and ancillary buildings, small power requirements, using wiring accessories from Deta, Collinwood lighting, KSR, Systemline.U.E.S also included control wiring for the Mechanical Services incorporating a 23 Zoned Heatmiser Heating and Hot Water System with full remote control operation over the internet, fully wired Cat 6 Data System with WiFi coverage throughout the property & full AV System wiring including Speakers, Satellite & Full HDMI TV Distribution arrangement, Supply and Installation of Ceiling Speakers, TV’s , Wall Brackets, Sky Decoder Boxes and Systemline Audio Equipment.We also installed a Mobile Telephone Network Boost System, Fire detection system throughout, Lightning Protection System, Electric Gate and Audio Interface and Intruder alarm system, complete with monitoring
